Managing Who Appears on the Leaderboard

Platform role required: Organization Manager

If some users are missing from the leaderboard, this is because of a setting around profile visibility that they opted out of during their platform orientation.  

If you want to enforce them to appear on the leaderboard, you can do this by enabling this setting on their profiles. Follow the steps below:

• Select Manage on the main navigation menu and then Manage Users
• Search for the user and navigate to their profile by selecting their name
• Navigate to the Settings tab and select 'show profile information' under profile visibility 

We recommend letting the individuals know if this is a requirement in your organization.
