An introduction to Cyber Ranges — what the platform does and where to go next.
Immersive Cyber Ranges is a platform for building, managing, and sharing cyber range environments for training, research and development, hiring assessments, sales demos, and more. It gives your team a central place to deploy and access range environments without building out your own automation infrastructure.

The platform is designed to handle potentially harmful files safely, so they don't pose a risk to any part of the platform, nor to any other users or customers, regardless of their content.
Building Cyber Ranges
Building a cyber range from scratch involves downloading and deploying virtual machines, configuring networking and security groups, setting up software, vulnerabilities, and logging — all of which takes significant time and technical knowledge. Once a range is built, you also need to make sure your team can access it reliably and securely. If your range is designed to be deployed repeatedly for training or events, you'll also need automation and testing to make sure the environment deploys consistently.
Cyber Ranges is designed to make the complex parts of this process straightforward, removing the need to build your own automation. You can quickly create complex range environments for any scenario using the platform's range building features.

Managing Cyber Ranges
Keeping your range environments maintained is an important part of making sure they stay useful to your team over time. Cyber Ranges includes a range of Range Management features so you can easily access, update, and snapshot your ranges.
Sharing Cyber Ranges
Sharing access to your range environments means your team has what it needs to train regularly. Cyber Ranges provides secure access to all deployed range environments and supports team collaboration through user invitations. To get your team set up, visit the User Management guide.
To share a range publicly, read the Sharing section of Range Templates.
