You can make changes to Team sim exercises managed by you. To do so, navigate to the managed by me area of Cyber Team Sim.
Follow the steps below:
1. Select the exercise.
2. On the exercise page, select the three horizontal dots in the top right corner and then, select edit exercise.
3. On the details page, edit the exercise's title, and the start or end date.
Note: If the exercise is already live, you are not able to change the start date.
4. On the 'Invite' page, make changes to the participants and groups assigned.

Making changes to participants assigned Participants can be added or removed at any point (before the exercise start date, as well as while it's live). Removing participants during an exercise means their performance data will be lost and won't be visible in any reports. Making changes to groups Participants can be moved from one group to another at any point. Groups can also be added at any point. Removing a group once an exercise is live is done by removing all participants from the group. The group's performance data will be lost and won't be visible in reports. |
5. Navigate to the review step and select save changes.
If you have assigned new participants to the exercise, this triggers email invitations to newly added participants, notifying them of the assignment.
Note: making a change to an exercise's start or end date will not trigger email notifications to participants assigned.
