Candidate Performance: Job Report

Once a job has been launched, Screening Managers and Recruiters can access a Reports area, as well as see candidates' completion status in the Candidates area.

To view the report, select manage in the main navigation menu, and then manage jobs.

Search for the job, and select it.

Note: Managers can view reports for live, closed, and archived jobs. Reports for live jobs will change, as candidates complete the assessment.

In the reports area, you’ll find:

• Assessment progress

The percentage of users that completed the assessment, out of those that have accepted the invitation and registered on the platform.

• Average accuracy 

The average accuracy of all candidates across all the labs.

• Average time in-lab

The average time candidates spent in the assessment.

• Graph depicting accuracy against time spent
• A leaderboard

A list of all candidates, in order of highest to lowest performance. Ranking in the leaderboard is determined firstly by the percentage of labs completed, and then, by accuracy. 

Selecting a candidate will pop-up the candidate’s specific report, where Hiring Managers can find detailed information on the specific labs in the assessment, including the candidate’s correct/incorrect answers and time spent. 

Note: Hiring Managers can export both the job’s report, as well as the candidate-specific report, via the download PDF button.
