How is my screening usage tracked and managed?
Usage is tracked regularly, but there are both soft and hard limits for coverage, which will be raised by your Customer Success Manager should they be reached.
Can I send reminders to candidates?
The invitation link in the candidate email expires after 7 days.
Screening Managers and Recruiters are able to resend the invite email to candidates (either because the link in the email has expired, or, to act as a reminder to complete the assessment). Emails can be resent every 24 hours.
To do so, select the job and navigate to the candidates area. Find a send reminder button in the action column, against candidates who have not yet completed the assessment.
Note: Managers are only able to resend emails to candidates that have not already accepted the invitation and registered on the platform. Candidates that have registered appear in the list with an accepted user status, and the option to send a reminder won’t be available. Candidates with an invited status are those that have not yet registered and can receive reminders to do so, every 24 hours.
If a candidate is already a platform user, will their existing lab completions count towards the assessment?
No. The candidate screening functionality is separate from the rest of the platform. As such, if a current platform user has already completed some of the labs included in the job’s assessment, these won’t count towards the assessment completion. Candidates will have to complete the labs again.
Can I remove a candidate from a job?
Contact Customer Support and specify the candidate email address and the job, in order to remove a candidate.
