An outline of the candidate’s user journey on the platform, from registration to assessment completion, can be found below:
Invitation email
Once a Hiring Manager adds candidates to a live job, candidates will receive an invitation email, directing them to the platform:
Platform sign in
Existing platform user
The invitation email directs existing platform users to the sign-in page. Inputting their current email address and password will successfully sign candidates in and redirect them to the application.
New platform user
The invitation email directs new users to set a password. They are then redirected to the login page. Inputting their email address and their new password successfully signs candidates in and redirects them to the application.
Complete application assessment
Once candidates sign in, they are automatically taken to the relevant application, where they can read the instructions provided. Once ready, they can choose to start the assessment:
Selecting the start assessment button will show candidates the labs contained in the assessment, which they can choose to individually start.
The completion time per lab only starts when a candidate starts the specific lab.
Once you have completed all labs in the assessment, you will see Completed in the status column next to each lab; this will indicate that you are finished!
