Platform roles required: Organization Manager
The Email Customization feature allows you to customize the notification emails that are sent from Immersive to users on our platform. Customized emails can increase recipient confidence and the level of engagement with the email. You can customize the following email attributes:
- Header logo
- Header logo background color
- The From label for the email
How to customize the notification emails
- From the Manage navigation drop-down list, select Platform Settings.
- From the Platform Settings page, select Email Customization in the side navigation or via the quick link.
- Enter the desired Sender Name.
This new name will precede the 'from' email address ><noreply@immersivelabs.com>. A value of 20 characters or less will display across devices and email clients. - Upload your Company Logo, which will be displayed at the top of your customized emails.
- Set the Header Background color (optional) in hex code format.
- Submit the changes.

What can't be customized
At this time you cannot customize the following email attributes:
- From address - The email address from where the email is sent will always be “noreply@immersivelabs.com.” We also can’t send or route the email through the customer's email infrastructure.
- Content - The body of the email cannot be customized at this time
- Footer - The footer of the email remains consistent across all emails, including the details of Immersive, our social links, and the disclaimers that are included in the footer.
How to revert to the default Immersive-branded emails
To revert to the default Immersive-branded emails and remove all customizations, select 'Reset to default'.
