Bulk Assignments

The Bulk Assignment feature is automatically activated for the bulk assignment of labs or exercises that are greater than the defined threshold, which at this time is  when 1000 or more users are being assigned a collection.

When you assign a collection to 1000+ users, you will receive a notification that the collection is being assigned and then you will be notified again once the assignments are complete.

The Bulk Assignments feature in the Immersive Labs platform allows administrators or instructors to efficiently assign labs or collections to multiple users at once. This feature is particularly useful when there is a need to assign the same set of labs or collections to a large group of users simultaneously.

With the Bulk Assignments feature, administrators can select the labs or collections they want to assign and then choose the target group of users. This can be done by selecting specific user groups, teams, or even individual users. The feature provides flexibility in selecting the recipients of the assignments.

Once the labs or collections and the target users are selected, administrators can initiate the bulk assignment process. The platform will then automatically assign the selected labs or collections to the chosen users, saving time and effort compared to individually assigning each lab or collection.

The Bulk Assignments feature streamlines the process of distributing training materials and ensures that users receive the necessary labs or collections efficiently. It is particularly beneficial in scenarios where a large number of users need to be assigned the same set of labs or collections, such as during onboarding or when rolling out specific training programs.
