The bulk user removal feature provides organization and team managers greater control over team membership by allowing them to bulk remove leavers or individuals from a team who are no longer a part of the team.
NOTE: At this time, this feature only removes the user from the selected team but does not remove their access to the Immersive One platform.
To bulk remove users from a team:
- From the Immersive One platform main navigation, select Manage > Platform Settings > Teams:
- From the Team page, select the team from which you want to bulk remove users.
- From the selected team's page, click Bulk remove:
- From the Bulk remove team members page, select how your email list is organized (i.e. is your list separated by commas, a space, one email per line, or custom), and then paste or type your email address into the email box:
NOTE: There is a maximum limit of 10,000 emails that can be entered and removed at one time. - Note that any errors will be displayed at the bottom of the screen, as shown in the example above. If there are any errors, be sure to correct them first.
- Once you have verified that all email address are correct, click Remove x users (where x is the number of users that you entered into the list).
- You will be asked to type the number of removed users in order to confirm the deletion.
