Managing Assignments

The platform provides a comprehensive table of assignments that were created or owned by a manager.. 

To access the Manage Assignments page, click Manage assignments from the Manager Quickstart dashboard:

The Manage Assignments page provides managers the ability to quickly view all assignments by product/category (Upskilling, Crisis Sim, Workforce Exercising, Team Sim, etc.)

Note that you can only view the product or category based on your license and our permissions within the platform.

You can filter which assignments are displayed:

• Created by - filter by assignments that you made, or that were created by other managers in your organization
• Status - filter by Pending, Active, and Closed assignments
• Type - filter by Presentation, Single Player, and Drill (Crisis Sim / Team Sim only)

For each assignment, you can see the following details from the Manage Assignments table:

• Assignment title - Note that you can't change the assignment title of an active assignment.  
• Status (Active, Pending, Enabled, or Closed)
• Start Date
• End Date
• Assignees
• Created by

Assignment Actions - for each assignment you can quickly select to Edit, Close, or Delete the assignment.

Note: Users receive an email notification when the assignment starts, as well as deadline reminder emails based on your specifications in the Platform Settings > Email Frequency section. Users do not receive email notifications when you make modifications to the assignment (such as changing the End Date). 

Viewing the Assignment Report

To quickly access the current activity report for each assignment, simply click the assignment for which you want to review the report and the Report page is displayed.
