The Human Connection Community offers a unified search experience powered by a powerful AI-driven tool that searches across the entire Community and all integrated sources, including Community and Help Center articles, discussions, events, and people.
To search within the Community:
- Click the
button and begin typing in the Search bar.
As you type, suggested search results appear. - If the suggested search results aren't what you need, click
or press Enter to search.
The search scans for results across the Community and the Help Center. Results appear on the Search results page. - Use the tabs at the top to filter your search criteria:
- All Content: All content in the Community and the Help Center, including forum discussions.
- Help Center: Provides comprehensive guidance on using Immersive One, including how to get started with the platform, step-by-step workflows and how-to guides, release notes, Frequently Asked Questions documents, troubleshooting assistance, and lab content catalogues.
- Community: All types of Community content, including SME-guided articles to help you succeed with Immersive One, peer-to-peer support forums, events, product updates, challenges, and community notices.
- Events: Upcoming and past events. We record the majority of our community webinars, so you can watch them on-demand.
- Users: You can search for Community users by username. When you click on a Community user’s profile, you can see and navigate to all of their contributions. You must be signed in to your Community account to access the users search.
- If desired, you can also further refine your search.
- Using the Sources group on the lefthand panel, you can filter by source of content; for example, Community, Help Center, events, or users.
- Using the Category Name group on the lefthand panel, you can filter by category; for example, Getting Started or Immersive Cyber Ranges.
- Using the Tags group on the lefthand panel, you can search for results that have been tagged with specific keywords; for example, Feature Focus or Help & Support Forum.
- Using the drop-down list in the upper-right, you can sort by popularity, relevance, or date created.
Advanced Search
Click Advanced Search to increase the accuracy of your search results by narrowing the scan. You can search for the exact phrase, search with one or more words, opt to exclude words, and/or use a wildcard search.
- Use ? as a wildcard for a single character.
- Use * as a wildcard for multiple characters.
