Data Explorer - Crisis Simulation Exercises – Customer Help Center

The Crisis Simulation Exercises spreadsheet includes high and low-level metrics from crisis exercises, including number of participants, decision scores, confidence levels, and options selected on each exercise and by participant.

To download the Crisis Simulation Exercises spreadsheet:

From the navigation menu, click Reports > Data Explorer.
On the Data Explorer page, in the Crisis Simulation Exercises section, click Explore Data.
On the dialog box that appears, filter the data and specify the columns that you want to include in the spreadsheet, and then click Download CSV.
On the dialog box that appears, specify the file name and location where you want to save your file.

The following information is available in the Crisis Simulation Exercises spreadsheet:

Column Name	Description
User_ID	A unique identifier for each user
Email	The email address associated with the user's platform account
Full_name	The user's first and last name
Team	The primary team to which the user belongs, used for grouping metrics
Teams	A list of all teams to which the user belongs and their hierarchical relationships
Participant_ID	A unique identifier for each participant in a presentation exercise
Exercise_name	The name of the exercise
Exercise_type	The type of exercise (presentation, asynchronous, or team drill)
Exercise_state	The current state of the exercise (active, closed, draft, or pending)
Inject_name	The name of the inject
Option_title	The title of the selected multiple choice option for an inject
Playthrough_started_at	The date and time when the exercise playthrough began
Playthrough_completed_at	The date and time when the exercise playthrough ended
Avg_decision_score	The average decision score (confidence score) of voters and decisionmakers, if enabled
Avg_confidence_score	The average confidence score of voters and decisionmakers, if enabled
Participants	The number of participants using the companion app in a presentation mode exercise
Count_exercises	The total number of exercises within the given period
SAML_UID	The unique SAML identifier associated with the user's account
Scenario_name	The name of the scenario being exercised
Theme_name	The name of the theme associated with the scenario, used for grouping metrics
Scenario_themes	A list of themes associated with the scenario
User_status	The status of the user (Pre-registered, Invited, Active, Deactivated, or Unknown). For further details, see User Management.
