The Workforce Exercises spreadsheet includes high and low-level metrics from Workforce exercises, including number of participants, decision scores, confidence levels, and options selected on each exercise, by participant, and by risk area.
To download the Workforce Exercises spreadsheet:
- From the navigation menu, click Reports > Data Explorer.
- On the Data Explorer page, in the Workforce Exercises section, click Explore Data.
- On the dialog box that appears, filter the data and specify the columns that you want to include in the spreadsheet, and then click Download CSV.
- On the dialog box that appears, specify the file name and location where you want to save your file.
The following information is available in the Workforce Exercises spreadsheet:
| Column Name | Description |
| User_ID | A unique identifier for each user |
| The email address associated with the user's platform account | |
| Full_name | The user's first and last name |
| Team | The primary team to which the user belongs, used for grouping metrics |
| Teams | A list of all teams to which the user belongs and their hierarchical relationships |
| Exercise_name | The name of the exercise |
| Exercise_state | The current state of the exercise (active, closed, draft, or pending) |
| Path_name | The name of the path/inject |
| Path_risk_area | The risk area associated with the path/inject |
| Option_title | The title of the selected multiple choice option for a path/inject |
| Assigned_at | The date when the workforce exercise was assigned |
| Playthrough_started_at | The date and time when the exercise playthrough began |
| Playthrough_completed_at | The date and time when the exercise playthrough ended |
| Avg_decision_score | The average decision score (confidence score) of users completing the exercise, if enabled |
| Avg_confidence_score | The average confidence score of users completing the exercise, if enabled |
| Count_exercises | The total number of exercises within the given period |
| Count_users_assigned | The total number of users assigned an exercise within the given query |
| SAML_UID | The unique SAML identifier associated with the user's account |
| Scenario_name | The name of the scenario being exercised |
| User_status | The status of the user (Pre-registered, Invited, Active, Deactivated, or Unknown). For further details, see User Management. |
