Saving and Managing Report Configurations (New!)
To help you run complex, frequently-used reports with one click, you can now save your report configurations.
What does saving a report configuration capture?
Saving a report configuration captures your current filters, selected columns, and date ranges. It creates a reusable template, meaning the report will always run against the most current data based on your saved rules.
Example: If you save a report with a date range of "Last 7 Days," every time you open it, it will show the data for the current last 7 days. It does not save the static data from the moment you saved it.
How to Save a New Report
- Navigate to the required Data Explorer report area. (Reports are now shown in tiles, and you will land on a Default View.)
- Configure your desired filters, columns, and date range.
- Click the blue Save button (positioned along the top of the report).
- Select the Save as new option.
- Enter a unique name for your report configuration, and click Save.
How to Access a Saved Report
- Open the required Data Explorer area.
- You will see a box showing Default View with a drop-down arrow.
- Click the drop-down arrow and select the name of your saved report configuration.
Managing Your Saved Reports
| Action | Steps | Note |
| Edit/Update | Load the saved report, make your changes, and click Save. You will be prompted to choose Update View (to edit the current report) or Save as new. | |
| Delete | Load the saved report, click on the 3-dot menu (⁞), and select Delete. | You will be asked to confirm the permanent deletion. |
| Download Data | Load the saved report, wait for the data to load on the screen, and then use the standard "Download CSV" button. |
Important Note: Saved reports are currently personal to your user account and cannot be viewed or shared with other admins or managers in your organization.
