AI Program Builder is an AI agent that helps you create complete, end-to-end upskilling programs and deploy them to your people.
It's built for managers and anyone building learning pathways or looking to solve a specific security challenge. You give it an outcome, such as the skills or capabilities you want to build in your workforce, and it turns that into a structured, ready-to-assign program. The aim is to take the manual effort out of program creation so you can get from an idea to a deployable program quickly, while staying in control of the final result.

How to access and interact with AI Program Builder
AI Program Builder is available to users with the appropriate permissions. Currently, access is limited to Org Admins, though it's intended for anyone responsible for building learning pathways or addressing a security challenge. You'll find it when you begin creating a new program from within the platform's program creation area.
You interact with AI Program Builder conversationally. Describe the outcome you want to achieve in plain language, and it will build a program for you. You can continue the conversation at any point to adjust, expand, or refine what it has produced.
You can access the builder through Manage > Programs > Create Program.
What it can help with
AI Program Builder takes you from an outcome to a fully formed program. You can ask it to:
- Generate a complete program from a single outcome. Describe the capability you want your people to develop, and it will assemble a program for you.
- Combine multiple content types. Programs can feature Labs, Workforce Exercises, and Crisis Sim exercises, selected and sequenced to meet your outcome.
- Use your organization's own content. It can draw on the custom content your organization has created across each of these content types, as well as out-of-the-box material.
- Provide guidance. Ask it for advice on how to structure or strengthen your program.
Building a program
To get started, describe the outcome you're aiming for. AI Program Builder interprets your request and assembles a program featuring a mix of Labs, Workforce Exercises, and Crisis Sim exercises mapped to that outcome.
Once the initial program has been generated, it's presented to you for review. Nothing is deployed automatically. You decide what to keep, change, or remove before assigning it to your users.
Refining your program
AI Program Builder is conversational, so you're not locked into the first version it produces. After a program has been generated, you can continue the conversation to tweak and refine it. For example, you can adjust the focus, swap content in or out, or ask for guidance on improvements. You can keep shaping the program until it's right for your audience.
Searching for content
AI Program Builder can also search for additional content on your behalf using its agentic search capability. It returns results for you to review, and from there you can:
- Add content manually. Select results yourself and add them to your program.
- Ask the assistant to add it. Have it place the chosen content into your program for you.
This helps you find relevant material you might otherwise have missed, while keeping you in control of what ends up in the final program.
Licensing and access
AI Program Builder is available to customers on the following licenses:
- Immersive One: Core
- Immersive One: Advanced
- Customers with Multi-Module access, covering Labs, Cyber Range Exercising, and Crisis Simulations.
Within an eligible organization, AI Program Builder is currently accessible to Org Admins. While the feature is intended for managers and anyone building learning pathways or solving a security challenge, access is presently limited to users with Org Admin permissions.
Availability and limitations
Like other AI features on the platform, AI Program Builder can be accessed by enabling the generative AI function within platform settings. It won't be available for organizations that don't have generative AI enabled.
AI Program Builder can be disabled by toggling the Gen AI switch to the OFF position within platform settings. (Please note this will turn off all Gen AI features.)
Feedback and support
