You'll find these reports under Reports > Data Explorer in the main navigation menu.
Which report should I use?
Each report covers different exercise types:
- Crisis Simulation Exercises – Track decision-making in Crisis Sim exercises.
- Workforce Exercises – Monitor risk awareness exercises completed by teams.

Crisis Simulation Exercises
This report allows you to track how users and teams perform in Crisis Sim exercises with decision scores, confidence levels, and participant data.

This report allows you to track technical exercise performance with task completion, connection data, and AI costs.
What's in this report
Dynamic Threat Ranges (DTR) data includes:
- The number of members in the Team participating in the Exercise.
- The date and time when the Exercise was scheduled to start.
- The time taken by the Team to complete the Exercise
- The number of tasks the Team completed in the Exercise.
- Total output tokens used by the Team in the Exercise

Tips for working with exercise reports
Filter by exercise state
Exercise_state matters:
- Active – Exercise is currently running
- Closed – Exercise is complete and final
- Draft – Exercise isn't published yet
- Pending – Exercise is scheduled but hasn't started
For final results, filter to "Closed" only.
Use date ranges wisely
Exercise reports can span long time periods. For manageable exports:
- Filter by quarter or month
- Focus on specific exercise names
- Limit to specific teams
Understand assignment vs completion
In Assigned Collections:
- Assigned_at – When you created the assignment
- Lab_completed_at – When user finished individual lab
- Content_completed_at – When user finished entire assignment
These three dates tell the full story of assignment progress.
Track due dates
In Assigned Collections, include Assigned_content_due_date to:
- Identify overdue assignments
- See who's on track
- Plan follow-up for late completions
Group vs individual metrics
Some columns show aggregate data:
- Avg_decision_score – Average across all participants
- Count_exercises – Total count in the period
- Per_assignment_completed – Percentage complete
Others show individual records:
- User_ID, Email, Full_name
- Option_title – What this user selected
- Lab_completed_at – When this user finished
Choose based on whether you need individual tracking or summary metrics.
