This article gives you a detailed view of the reports available to managers on the Immersive platform, including where to find them and what each one covers.
Overview and manager permissions
As a manager on the platform, you'll be able to access reports that give you a detailed view of platform activity across the whole organization, as well as at a team and individual level.
Note: You'll only be able to see data and dashboards relating to your permissions on the platform.
Your access depends on your role:
- Organization Manager – you have access to data relating to your entire organization.
- Team Admin – you can view reports relating to your team, or individuals within your team.
- Crisis Sim Manager – you can view reports related to Crisis Sim exercises, including After Action Reports on specific exercises.

Reports: where can I find them?
Most reports are available by navigating to Reports in the main navigation menu. Reports will only be visible to you if you have the relevant system role and permissions, and will appear next to the Launchpad.
- Platform Activity reports – continuously monitor Immersive platform usage by teams and individuals, including progress on assigned content and collections. You can also access CSV exports of datasets from here.
- Capability by Area – understand cyber strengths and weaknesses by business function. You can use this area to explore team capabilities across your organization.
- Metrics Tracker – track changes in metrics over time and compare them to industry benchmarks.
- Cyber capability score – a score representing your organization's cyber capabilities, made up of two equal parts (each out of 500, totalling 1,000):
- MITRE ATT&CK (/500) shows an organization's breadth and depth of coverage based on access to content. The broader the coverage and the more learners who have completed the content, the higher the score.
- Threat Intelligence (/500) shows how quickly the organization responds to emerging threats, scored by how many days after a new threat lab was released it took the organization to complete it.
- The Benchmark chart compares your organization to all other organizations, as well as to others in your industry.
- Data Explorer – the Data Explorer area lets you configure your own datasets and export them to CSV.

MITRE ATT&CK reports
MITRE ATT&CK reports are available through the MITRE ATT&CK area of the main navigation menu.
As an individual learner with no platform management permissions, you can access your personal mapping against the framework, which shows your personal contribution towards technique coverage.
A Team Admin can see how their team is performing in terms of skill coverage against the framework. Team data is available in the 'Organization View'.
An Organization Manager can see how the entire organization's cyber capabilities map against the framework.
These reports let managers address skill gaps and reduce cyber risk by visualizing skill coverage.

Crisis Sim reports
These are available if you're a customer with a Crisis Sim license and are exercising your teams.
You can find the two Crisis Sim reports by navigating to Exercise in the main navigation menu, then Crisis Sim.
Search for the specific exercise you want to view results for in the 'Managed by Me' or 'All Exercises' area: use the search bar and filters on the left-hand side to bring up the exercise, then select it.
Up to three reports will then be available to you:
- View Your Results: these are your own specific results and answers, available if you participated in the exercise.
- View Results: this outlines all participants' responses to specific decision points, with the option of a CSV export.
- View After Action Report: the After Action Reporting suite gives you actionable insights around overall performance, inject and participant breakdowns, and recommendations for next steps.
If you're an Organization Manager or a Crisis Sim Manager, you'll also have access to the Crisis Responders tab of the Capability by Area report. This area captures your organization's capabilities based on how your employees have exercised their skills through Crisis Sim. Find out more in our Capability by Area report guide.

The Immersive Resilience Score
The Immersive Resilience Score appears in the main navigation menu if you're assigned a platform managerial role, such as Team Admin or Organization Manager.
The score estimates your organization's cyber workforce resilience across all of our products, helping you understand:
- Your organization's overall cyber resilience.
- Trends and progress.
- Comparisons to industry and best-in-class benchmarks.

NIST NICE Framework Heat Map
The NIST NICE Heat Map helps your organization measure and address cybersecurity skills gaps by aligning team performance with the NIST NICE Framework.
The NICE Framework is a globally recognized resource that categorizes cybersecurity work into five Work Role Categories and 41 specific Work Roles.
Each Work Role is defined by TKS statements, which describe the requirements for performing cybersecurity work:
- Tasks – specific activities or units of work directed toward organizational objectives.
- Knowledge – a retrievable set of concepts required to complete a task.
- Skills – the capacity to perform an observable action.
