Registering your account with a sign-up code

Follow the steps below to register your account if you have been given a sign-up code.

To register your account:

1. Depending on your location, access one of the pages below:
   • EU platform registration
   • US platform registration
   • UAE platform registration
2. Specify the following information:
   • Email: Enter your organization email.
   • Password: For more information, read our Platform Password Requirements guide.
   • Sign up code: Make sure to specify the sign-up code if you've received one. Keep in mind:
     • Coupon codes are case-sensitive, so use the exact code in the field.
     • Make sure that there is no white space if you copy and paste.
     • If you're part of an organization using single sign-on, you should not use a coupon code. Follow the instructions in the SSO section instead.
3. Confirm the terms of use and privacy notice. 

4. Click Sign up. 

   You'll receive a verification email that you must access to verify your account and complete your registration.  

5. Open the verification email. Verify your account and complete your registration. 

   The Create Profile page appears. 

6. On the Create Profile page, you can create your avatar, choose a username, and opt in to the leaderboard. 

   You can change your account settings on your profile at any point. 

7. Click Save to create your account and start completing our labs.

Registering your account with an invitation

If you have received an invitation to the Immersive One platform, then you will need to do the following:

1. Open the email and click the Get Started link, or if you have been given an activation URL, click on this.
2. Once you click on the link, you will be prompted to set a password for your account.
3. Log in, confirm the terms of use and privacy notice, and go through the onboarding.

Note: 

• Once a user is invited, the only way they can validate their account is through the link. No password reset or login attempt will work until this has been done, and the account will break the moment they try a password reset.
• If you receive an assignment email before the invitation, do not click on the link. Your account must be verified using the invitation link first. 

Registering your account with a temporary password

If you have been given a temporary password to use, your account has already been registered, and all you need to do is sign in.

To sign in using your temporary password:

1. Depending on your location, access one of the pages below:
   • EU platform
   • US platform
   • UAE platform
2. Sign in using your email address and the temporary password, and then click Submit.
3. Make sure to change your password during your first session. To change your password, select your profile picture in the upper-right corner, and then click Settings. You can modify your password in the Change Your Password group. 

Registering your account if your organization uses single sign-on (SSO)

If your organization has SSO set up, use your company credentials to sign in. To do so:

1. Use the specific URL provided to you by your organization to login.

2. Click the Sign in with single sign on button.
    

   

3. You'll be prompted to set up your username, avatar, and time zone. 

Note: You won't receive a verification email to complete your registration, but you can access your profile page to change your settings and password.
