Reports
The Reports tab lets you download detailed reports about your learning activity, including records for Continuing Professional Development/Education (CPD/CPE) credits.
Downloading Activity Reports
You can download reports that cover a timeframe of your choosing. These reports include:
- Labs completed.
- Time spent learning.
- Points earned.
- Collections completed.
- CPE/CPD credits earned.
Understanding CPD/CPE Credits
What are CPD/CPE credits?
CPD/CPE credits are required for a range of professional qualifications. They show that someone has maintained their competence in a particular field and continued their professional development.
How do I earn credits on Immersive?
Immersive aligns skills to specific threats with continually updated content, making it an ideal source of CPE credits. The estimated time it takes to complete a lab counts towards your total credits — you'll earn one credit for every hour of estimated completion time on completed labs.
Who accepts Immersive CPD/CPE credits?
Check with your specific qualification provider to see if it accepts CPD/CPE credits generated by lab activity on Immersive. There may be restrictions around the categories of content you're allowed to claim.

Streaks
The Streaks tab helps you build consistent learning habits by tracking your weekly lab completion.
How Streaks Work
Streaks tracks the number of labs you complete per week, letting you set a personal goal and celebrate when you hit it.
Managing Your Streaks
From the Streaks tab, you can:
- Set your weekly goal – choose how many labs you want to complete each week.
- View your current streak – see how many consecutive weeks you've hit your goal.
- Track progress – monitor your labs completed this week toward your goal.
- Adjust or disable – modify your goal or turn off the feature if preferred.
Note: Setting a realistic weekly goal helps maintain motivation. Start with a manageable target and increase it as you build the habit.
Making the Most of Your Profile
Your profile is the central hub for managing your Immersive Labs experience. To get the most out of it:
- Complete your personalization settings – spend time providing accurate information about your role, experience, priorities, and skills.
- Review your progress regularly – use the Progress tab to monitor completion of assigned content and track advancement.
- Update your settings – keep your avatar, visibility preferences, and personalization current.
- Download CPE/CPD reports – maintain records of your professional development for certifications.
- Set realistic streak goals – build consistent learning habits with achievable weekly targets.
- Revisit personalization periodically – update as your skills grow and priorities evolve.
A well-maintained profile means you get the most relevant content recommendations and can effectively track your cybersecurity skill development over time.
