Platform Settings is the home for all administration and configuration settings within the platform.
Platform Settings are consolidated on one dashboard within the Manager menu — the home for all administration and configuration settings within the platform. From here you can access:
- Managing users — view individual users' progress and set access permissions
- Managing teams — group the people in your organization into teams
- Managing licenses — view licensed products and control who has access to them
- Integrations — browse and install available integrations
- API — generate API keys and interact with the platform in a more tailored way; you can connect your existing systems and tools with the platform so data flows between them
- Email customization — customize the visual style of emails your organization receives from the platform
- Email frequency — select the frequency of emails your organization receives from the platform
- Webhooks — configure webhooks for knowledge passes, used to build security group logic based on training outcomes.
- AI — update your organisation’s preferences for AI-powered features within the platform
- Issue Logs — view logs and notification settings
