Platform settings are consolidated on one dashboard within the Manager menu, which serves as the place to go for all administration and configuration settings within the Platform, to include:
- Managing users - View individual users progress and set access permissions
- Managing teams - Group the people in your organization into teams
- Managing licenses - View licensed products and control who has access to them
- Integrations - Browse and install available integrations
- API -
- Email customization - Customize the visual style of emails your organization receives from the Platform
- Email frequency - Select the frequency of emails your organization receives from the Platform
- AI -
- External APIs - Our external APIs provide interfaces that allow you to interact with our platform in a more tailored way. Using these APIs, you can integrate your existing systems and tools with our platform, ensuring seamless data exchange and synchronization.
- API Access - You'll need an API key to send requests via our external APIs. When generating a new API key, make sure to copy the Secret token to a safe place as you won't be able to view it again.
- Issue Logs - View logs and notification settings
To navigate to the Platform Settings dashboard from the Manage navigation menu, select Platform Settings:
