Overview
The Lab Builder feature within Immersive One allows you to build, manage, and publish your own labs to your organization.
While Immersive One has a plethora of content for many of the technical and non-technical audiences, we understand that cyber is a unique subject. Each organization has its own threats, technologies, and nuanced security policies. Lab Builder gives you the power to complement Immersive content by adding your own lab content on the platform, which your organization can access. Lab Builder provides the ability to get your users' hands on with various topics through the Immersive One platform in safe and controlled environments.
Lab Builder can cover most use cases for labs that you would want to build. For instance, you may want to build a lab covering:
- Security Policies: Labs that cover security policies in your organization, covering the details that your employees need to understand, and assess their understanding of the policies.
- Application Security Attestation: Perhaps you want to have your developers onboard through a set of labs that teach them the fundamentals of Application Security in your organization, including links to any documentation.
- Application Security Misconfigurations: Labs that cover code misconfigurations for unique languages you use in your organization, or previous examples of vulnerabilities in your application caused by code, adding the examples so your developers get hands-on experience with real-world, relevant use cases.
- Cyber Security Tools: Build labs that cover internal tooling you use, allowing your teams to get hands-on in safe environments
- Cyber Scenarios: Build scenarios based on incidents, pulling in logs, network captures, or other artefacts and dropping them straight into practical environments.
- CTF: Build Capture the Flag events with custom machines for your teams.
These are just a few common examples, but the flexibility of Lab Builder means you can truly build anything you want.
