Platform Updates
Import Users by CSV
This month's release introduces a bulk user upload feature via CSV, empowering customer managers to efficiently onboard large teams. This self-service functionality streamlines the process for organizations deploying programs to hundreds or even thousands of users, addressing the limitations of individual invitations and significantly reducing the time required to onboard new team members. For this initial release, this feature supports importing users into a single team, simplifying the initial rollout and paving the way for future enhancements.
Bulk Removal of Users
This release also introduces bulk user removal, giving organization and program managers greater control over team membership. This feature simplifies the process of removing leavers or individuals no longer needing access, addressing the need for efficient offboarding to complement the recently added bulk user import. By streamlining user management, this improvement aims to increase program engagement by ensuring accurate reporting and participation metrics. This initial release focuses on removing users from teams, with the potential to extend to access revocation.
